D&Y Allied Engineering was incorporated in Thailand in May 2006, and subsequently in Singapore in July 2008, to provide integrated engineering & logistic services to its customers in the region of South East Asia and Middle East.

In April 2009, D&Y Equipment Pte Ltd was incorporated to synergistically supply construction equipments to support its core businesses of engineering & construction works. Driven by its vision of being the leading specialist in the provision of a one stop, integrated engineering and logistic services, the company acquired SK TECC Pte Ltd in November 2009 to further develop its businesses into construction and management of storage tanks and process piping. In summary, the Group now comprises the following companies:

	Provision of mechanical engineering works such as equipment erection and installation, piping, etc.
	Provision of mechanical engineering works such as equipment erection and installation, piping, etc.
	Rental of construction equipment and logistics services such as import/export, custom clearance, transportation, etc.
	Provision of field construction of storage tanks and process piping works.
